Used equipment moves differently from new. Nothing is on a shelf, so every movement is arranged around one specific item in one specific place.
We agree who disconnects it, who moves it out of the building, and who lifts it onto the vehicle, and we put that in writing before the sale. This matters more than people expect. A spiral mixer that has to come up a staircase is a very different job from one on a loading bay, and that difference is often the whole margin.
Items are collected as they stand unless the listing says otherwise.
Most goes by pallet or part-load freight within Europe. Larger lines go on a dedicated vehicle. We will quote the transport for you, or you are free to send your own carrier, which many dealers prefer.
Transport is quoted per item because weight, dimensions and access decide the price, not a table.
The buyer pays a deposit which we hold. It is released to the seller when the goods are collected and the buyer has confirmed they are what was described. The balance is settled before anything leaves.
If something turns out not to match its listing, the deposit goes back. That is the point of holding it.
Where a machine is still installed and powered, we will film it running and, if you are serious, arrange for you to see it in person. We would rather you saw it than took our word for it.
